The Forest Education Foundation (FEF) website integrates its online presence with the educational experience on offer at the National Forest Learning Centre in Hobart, Tasmania. The website is a ‘one stop shop’ for teachers looking to get involved with one of the FEF’s interactive activities, with information about how its programs link to the new Australian Curriculum, in-field and in-classroom experiences, and sample learning programs. As of March 2014 details are available for Geography years 1 to 6 and Science years 1 to 10. The site is also a great resource for anyone wanting more information about how our forests are managed – and how our wood products are used.
