This unit of study investigates the nutritional benefits of eating nuts, a fact reported widely in literature. It provides students with the opportunity to investigate a nutrition challenge and use design and technology to produce an innovative solution, using nuts as a main component. This unit includes worksheets and a project booklet, ready for download.
