Produced by the GRDC, Grains Paddock to Plate 3/4 is a self study or classroom based unit of work that examines what are Australian grains, how we farm grains, the lifecycle of a grain seed, making grain into foods and grain products like bread, pasta and pastry. The unit contains research activities, hands on experiments, quick quizses and extension activities. All of the exercises can be completed via distance education or be teacher lead.
