Produced by the GRDC, Grains Paddock to Plate 5/6 is a self study or classroom based unit of work that examines what are Australian grains, sustainability in growing grain, building and maintaining soil health, managing water wisely and indigenous grains. The unit contains research activities, hands on experiments, quick quizses and extension activities. All of the exercises can be completed via distance education or be teacher lead.
