A set of three resources offering an inquiry based approach to: investigating food and fibre production and food technologies used in modern and traditional societies (supports the learning of English, Science, History); using the journey of food to introduce students to understanding where their food comes from, and the role of technology and processing; using farming contexts for students to develop the ways consumers and producers respond to and influence each other in the market.
